Any player can do it, no matter their level. In Lords Mobile, a monster hunt is a part of the game where you just send a hero party to hit and kill monsters on the map to get rewards. Sure you might be doing 1% or 2% or 3% less damage than the ‘best’ party out there (depending on the level), but I don’t think that’s the end of the world right?
